6. Client decision
The client purchases or declines. Declining creates no project fee or usage rights.
7. Invoicing
On purchase, the project invoice is issued with a 14-day payment term.
8. Service activation
For business clients, Managed or Managed + SEO starts with a 12-month minimum term. Consumer assignments follow the setup agreed in the quotation.
9. Launch
The website is published once domains, accounts and technical checks are ready.
10. Management starts
Monitoring, backups, updates, support and agreed follow-up services begin.
