The individual quotation defines scope, planning and price and forms the project agreement with these terms.
1. Starting price and scope
Website projects start at €995 including VAT. The quotation lists pages, functions, content, technology, schedule and exclusions. Web apps and extensive custom work are priced separately.
2. No deposit
No deposit is required for the agreed website build. The site is developed and personally presented first. Approved third-party costs or licences may be charged separately.
3. Presentation and feedback
The first delivery is reviewed in a video call. The client then provides one consolidated feedback round. In-scope feedback is processed before the final presentation.
4. Decision and payment
The client chooses to purchase or decline after the final presentation. Declining means no project fee, no publication and no licence. On purchase, the invoice is payable within 14 days.
5. Management and launch
For business clients, purchase requires Managed or Managed + SEO for at least 12 months. Consumer quotations specify management, SEO and term separately. Launch follows acceptance, invoicing and activation of the agreed services.
6. Consumer choices
A consumer quotation states the statutory cooling-off period, links to the model form and separately requests express consent if HadidyLabs is to start during that period. A preselected agreement is not valid.
