SEO is a continuous improvement process. This agreement defines work, expectations and responsibilities.
1. Services
Managed + SEO includes technical audits, speed optimisation, keyword research, on-page work, improvement and appropriate expansion of existing content, Google Business Profile, indexation and technical checks, and monthly reporting.
2. Priorities
Monthly priorities are based on impact, available data, technical need and strategy. Not every activity is necessarily performed every month.
3. Exclusions
Social media, video, advertising, off-site design and other marketing services are excluded and quoted separately.
4. Client responsibilities
The client supplies accurate information, expertise, access and approval on time and reports relevant changes in its offer, audience, locations and operations.
5. No outcome guarantee
Search engines, competitors and markets change continuously. HadidyLabs does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue or a results deadline.
6. Reporting and term
A concise monthly report covers work, signals and priorities. The minimum term and cancellation rules follow the maintenance agreement and quotation.
