This information only applies when you conclude a distance contract as a consumer. Business clients do not have the statutory fourteen-day cooling-off period.
1. Cooling-off period
As a consumer, you can generally withdraw from a distance service agreement within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day after the agreement is concluded.
2. Starting during the period
HadidyLabs only starts during the cooling-off period at your express request. You are informed in advance that, on withdrawal, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for the part already performed. If the service is fully performed during the period, the withdrawal right only ends after your prior express consent and acknowledgement.
3. How to withdraw
Before the period ends, send an unambiguous statement to info@hadidylabs.com. Include enough information to identify the agreement. You do not need to provide a reason.
4. Model form

5. Effects
