Business websites remain under active management after launch. Management and term are tailored in advance for consumer assignments.
1. Plans
A business client selects Managed at €49.50 per month or Managed + SEO at €199.50 per month, including VAT, unless the quotation states otherwise. A consumer quotation may provide a suitable tailored setup.
2. Term
The minimum term is 12 months. It then continues monthly and can be terminated with one month’s notice.
3. Services
Hosting, support, fair use, maintenance, monitoring, backups, warranty and SEO are detailed in the SLA and quotation.
4. Hosting and domains
At launch, hosting is mainly supplied through STRATO. HadidyLabs remains free to change provider when price, performance, security, reliability or technical suitability reasonably requires it. A material provider change affecting client personal data is communicated under the data processing terms. Domains may be client-owned or managed by HadidyLabs. Access is shared only through secure invitations or transfer.
5. Termination and migration
Maintenance and hosting end on termination unless agreed otherwise. Once all ownership conditions are met, HadidyLabs can migrate the website at the current rate.
